Job Applications
Our experience with clients is that they each have a preferred way of
handling Job Applications from new applicants. Our online

Some client companies want the Job Apps to arrive in the HR Department
securely encrypted in their browser. Our clients who have our
system configured that way also can select from their applicant pool
those candidates who have specifyable Skill Sets. That way,
they can review only those engineers, teachers, sales personnel, etc,
who meet their criteria.
Other client companies want the ability for any hiring manager to have
his or her own login UserID and Password for reviewing the incoming
Job Apps as described above. But, they want to have the Job Apps for specific
jobs emailed as attachments directly to the relevant hiring manager.
